Weird to think that freezing rain can either make for nice photos like these, or mindblowingly severe ice storms (more CBC news video clips) like in parts of Canada and the US in 1998. At least that disaster gave us a really fantastic song (The Arcade Fire - Neighbourhood #3 (Power Out))
